A New villian I created for Batman. (It took me 4hrs)
My inspiration came from Bane(Batman), Venom and Sandman from (spiderman.)
He is made of highly dangerous amounts of Cyclotron and Thermal radiation.
Super strength, speed, agility,can lift 5,000lbs,immune to pain, can shoot Radioactive shockwave lasers
